Welcome to The Welcome Mat! We are excited to have you join us in our studio!  We offer a variety of yoga classes and styles including hot yoga, children’s yoga, beginners, athletes and traditional practices.  Schedule and booking information are available on our schedule page.

What to Bring

All you need to do yoga is a body!  We all have areas of strength, challenges, insecurities and areas for growth…bring them all along to class along with patience and and open mind and you’ll do great! Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, we offer the means to explore yoga in a safe and fun environment. For each class you will need only your water bottle, mat and a towel (if desired for hot classes). Comfortable clothing is encouraged (breathable fabrics that are not too loose). Mat rentals are available if needed ($3); however if you’re planning to practice often, we encourage our students to have their own mats and towels for sanitary purposes and comfort…think of it as an investment in the journey to changing your life!
